Sales, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policies

7-Day Return Policy

For your convenience, purchases may be returned to the store location from which item was purchased. Customer will receive refund or store credit provided that merchandise has not been worn, altered, special ordered or purchased on sale. The original invoice must be presented at the store. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

For Returns via Mail: Return Authorization (RA) is required.

Return Conditions:

  • A Return Authorization number is required prior to shipping.
  • Please include your name, address, phone number and/or e-mail.
  • Items for return must be insured for the value.
  • The original receipt must be included in your return package.
  • Products for return or exchange must be in unworn condition with the CH blue tag attached.
  • Original manufacturing package (including manufacturer's warranty card, instructions and/or diamond certificates) must be included.
  • Products that have been resized are non-refundable.
  • Scratches, damages or other signs of wear and tear void the return.

Shipping Policy

  • Order/s will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used.
  • Free overnight* shipping on all TAG Heuer online orders.
  • If TAG Heuer watch is ordered on or before 1:00 pm (PST), the watch will be received the customer overnight.
  • If ordered after 1:00 pm (PST), the watch will arrive in 2 days.
  • If the watch is not in stock, it will be sent overnight to the customer as soon as it is received in the Merchandising
    Department.

Guarantee / Warranty

  • Watches are sold with the manufacturer's warranty.
  • All claims are subject to the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

Processing

  • A Refund will be processed as soon as it is received and accepted under the conditions specified herein.
  • Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by one of our Certified Gemologists and/or watch
    technicians to authenticate the item and that it passes the original manufacturer's conditions.
  • In the case of an approved refund, this will be returned in the original form of payment.

Processing and Stocking Fee

  • $100 Restocking Fee: This will be charged to all returned purchases.
Special Orders
  • All Special Orders are non-refundable.
  • Deposits on Special Orders are non-refundable and will become store credit.

Gift Recipient

  • Store credits may be given to a gift recipient.
  • The store credit for the recipient is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash value. 

Store Pick-Up Policy

  • Both the customer's invoice and a valid driver's license are required.
  • There are no exceptions to this policy. 

Repair Policy

  • Products submitted for repair without manufacturer’s proof of warranty are considered out of warranty and subject to charges. 

Final Sales

  • All Sales are final unless otherwise noted.
